Wiggling Wires

The last month has almost entirely been focussed on wiring the layout sufficient for something to run on at least part of at at the Hull MRS Summer show on 4th June...

Not the most exciting of photos but here you are!









What may be a bit more interesting to some... Having quickly decided that traditional solenoid type point motors were not a good idea for the finetrax points, we are experimenting with the 'Little Jemmy' motors.




And finally on 17th May a loco was able to travel under power from one end of a baseboard to the other. (sorry for the quality - phone camera plus poor light is not helpful...)

 

So we are on-track for the next public appearance on 4th June. Please come along and see how we are doing..
